Why can't my software register?
Internet connection is required when you are about to register our software. Please make sure of the connection. |

Why is there the lag phenomenon when the software is running?

Why can't the object on digital whiteboard interact with my touch or my touch accurately work?
Please try calibration first. The program normally can be found in the tools offered by the whiteboard supplier. If the problem
is still there after the calibration,
you may try to adjust the screen resolution to be 1024 x 768, which can be supported by all
popular projectors. When you make your teaching contents, it is
suggested to work under 1024 x 768. |

The video screen is black but sound can be heard, why?
Each video file is actually a compressed file with different file extensions like .avi, .mpg, .flv, and so on.
The player inside your PC has to uncompress it before
you can watch it. To uncompress the video file your PC
needs right codec. It is possible that your PC doesn't have it. Please go to here for free codec service. |

NXBoard can be saved as an execution file, but it could not run in other PC, why?

What can you do with "verify code fails" when you would like to register on line?
1. Please make sure that the serial number is correct first. Correct serial number consists of five groups of mixed alphabets and digits. Each group
is
connected with each other by "-". If it is correct, you can find a green symbol "v" on the right of the serial number. All serial numbers do not
contain English
letter "I" and "O".
2. Please make sure that the email address is exactly the same in both columns. |
